How to adjust the guide roller of construction elevator

The construction upgrade of the road roller has a guide pressure wheel and guide, are eccentric wheel.

Pressure wheel and rack backspacing in 0.5~1 mm are better, you can use a gauge or a millimeter thick plate (domestic thickness of a millimeter plate is about 0.8) placed between the pressure wheel and rack, after the pressure out of the gauge or plate, at this time the spacing is quite good.

The theoretical clearance between guide wheel and guide rail frame is 0.5 mm, and when the guide wheel is adjusted to the middle surface, there is a millimeter gap between guide wheel and guide rail, but this gap is affected by the manufacturing accuracy.

Generally speaking, when the guide wheel is adjusted, the construction hoist moves up and down, and the contact condition of the guide wheel is observed. On the premise that the guide wheel meets the requirements of perpendicularity, all guide wheels are in contact and non-contact. Attention should also be paid to the gear and rack meshing when adjusting.

 

Why should we check the spare parts regularly?

The roller of the construction elevator in the market is inlaid with an anti-falling safety device, so its safety factor is relatively high, so it can be seen that there is no big problem of carrying people.

At present, a lot of construction sites use a dual-purpose construction elevator, which is equipped with a fall safety device, mainly composed of gears, brakes and speed limiting equipment. When the equipment drops to a constant speed, its centrifugal speed limiting equipment will start, at the same time, the unit brake will also operate together, and then the braking torque will appear, The braking distance is determined by the measured amount of tightening.

The time interval for checking the anti-falling safety device shall not exceed 2 years. Even if the safety device is not damaged, it still needs to follow the regulations. After all, the service life of this kind of equipment is only 5 years. To ensure safe use, it should be checked in advance before leaving the factory, and then checked every other year. After leaving the factory, it should be treated as scrap after five years.
